CONPEACE is facilitating an online conversation group on diversity-sensitive peace, development, and protection measures with civil society representatives in mid-November. This constitutes a unique opportunity to foster cross-regional dialogue among communities living in the Colombia-Venezuela and Colombia-Ecuador border regions – using online platforms to convene a diverse range of voices from some of the most isolated parts of the country that would be difficult to achieve in a physical event. Groups and individuals from Nariño, Putumayo, Arauca, Norte de Santander, Cesar, and La Guajira with grounded knowledge and lived experience of peace and development plans and community protection measures will be invited to participate.
